Play Ball!

It is safe to say the battle for Gracie's baseball allegiance is underway.  So far she has been to 2 White Sox games & 1 Cub game.  So far the Chicago team has lost every time.  Here are a few pics from our family outings in the past two weeks...
Official documentation!

Doesn't this look like a happy family! Norman Rockwell would have painted this!

Getting ready for a game on the other side of town...

Gracie almost had too many options of Cubs wear to sport at the game.

Having Fun

Gracie is continuing to crack us up with all of her faces, giggles & even her toots.  Here are a few pics that make us smile...
Gracie is happiest on her changing table...wouldn't you be?!

We love her little buns.  I'm sure she will be mortified at this picture in a few years but we couldn't resist. hahaha!

Time for a haircut already?  Even with my hair Gracie still looks like a Mogensen!

GO SOX!

Gracie & I decided to go to the SOX game last week....we had a lovely mother/daughter day at the ballpark together.  I am looking forward to many, many more!

Mother's Day Rocks!

Happy Mother's Day to all Mothers, Grandmothers, Great-Grandmothers & God-Mothers!  I experienced my first Mother's Day and I have to say, it is even better than a Birthday!  We were lucky enough to have Kathy in town from CA for a week too!  Mark made us breakfast on the big day then he and Gracie gave me some very generous & thoughful gifts.

Doesn't every baby warm up a bottle in a sterling silver bowl?

Special thank you to Naunny who came in from California for a week to take care of Gracie (and us!).  The picture says it all - Gracie was so happy to have her Naunny in town!

New York "Eastah"

Gracie & I took our first flight without Mark & headed to New York for Easter!  We had a great time staying with Nora & Al and playing with Cousins Aidan & Rory. Nora & Al were great hosts, big cousin Aidan was so sweet with Gracie & Rory was nice enough to share his crib & many, many diapers with his slightly older cousin.  Uncle Sean even flew in from LA to join the crew!  Here are a few pics from our trip...

Rory, aka "Mr. Saturday Night"  - I love this picture of Rory!

Gracie made herself right at home in Rory's Crib

Two cute little bunnies...looks like Gracie is telling Rory some juicy gossip.

Coloring Easter Eggs with Aidan!  He loved it!
