Dinner Theatre at the Mogesensen House

Gracie is definitely taking to solid foods now! She loves bananas, avocados, noodles, turkey, potatoes & now chicken tenders!  Since she only has 2 1/2 teeth, she looks pretty funny when she is eating...kind of of like a gangster in a movie from the 1930's.  "Why I outta"

Go Bears!

Gracie was given her cousin Kyle's lucky Bears Jersey...though I think the luck is out of it now.  Her are a few pics of Gracie watching the Bears game this weekend.  We are so happy in these pictures - it was before Forte went out with the torn ACL ;(
Here, I think Gracie is thinking, "I can't believe Robbie Gould just missed that field goal!"

Thank you Auntie Laura & Uncle Tom for the awesome turkey leg toy!  She loves it and is in perfect time for those top teeth to come in!

ROAR!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We have a lot to be thankful for - and that is an understatement!  Here are a few pics from our awesome Thanksgiving weekend in Boise!

Is it October Already?!

What a month! Mark went to Atlanta, I went to New York, Dennis & Kathy came to visit then my parents watched Gracie while we went to Las Vegas with Nora & Al!  Whew! Gracie is now crawling all over the place and climbing up on to everything!

Mark went to Atlanta for the BSU/UGA Game.  Gracie & I cheered on the Broncos from home.

We had a great weekend at my Aunt Maureen & Uncle Mike's home in Michigan.   Here, Gracie is wearing my favorite beach outfit...long pants & long sleeves!

Thanks Grantie Maureen for a fun weekend!

Dennis & Kathy came for a visit - here is Gracie grabbing a quick handful of icing while Papa wasn't looking.

Happy 102nd Birthday to Oldemore (Great Grandma in Danish)

A few August Updates

I went to Florida for 4 days for work meetings.  Mark & Gracie are smiling here but she really put him through the ringer while I was gone.  For Example...they spent 2 nights on the sleeping on the couch with Gracie in the Baby Bjorn.  ugh,oh!

Look who is ready to crawl!
Last Sunday we had a delicious brunch at 16 in the Trump Hotel!  Here is Gracie in her Burberry Dress with Handsome Grandpa.  Sitting behind us was Josh Broland & his wife Diane Lane!

Bon Appetit!

Gracie had her first taste of real food  - apart from the vanilla ice cream Naunny gave her in Boise :)
It went well....she didn't hate it but she didn't love it either.  Here are a few pics from our adventure this morning...

This picture says it all!

Mark wasn't really selling it.

Gagging...

Is it over yet?

The Great Northwest

We just got back from a great week in Boise!  It was so much fun - Gracie got to spend lots of time with her cousins, Aunts, Uncles and Naunny & Pappa.  Gracie also had her first dip in the pool!
Here is Gracie at the Denver airport - excited for her next flight!

Fun in The Sun

We were lucky enough to go to Michigan for the 4th of July & stay at the Napleton's Summer home. It was absolutely gorgeous & Gracie got to spend some fun time with her cousins Aidan, Rory, and Auntie Nora who were in from NY!

not so SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE

We had a great trip to Seattle & Portland a few weekends ago. I love the Northwest and it was so fun to see all of Mark's College buddies with their new little ones!
Gracie was great on the plane...she saved her 'crabbiness' for the poor babysitter.

Grace & Mark at the Pike's Place Fish Market!

How times have changed...Mark's frat buddies with their kids...Zach & Bennet Linster, Mark & you know who and Chris Hawley with his daughter Ryland.
Here is Gracie at our favorite sandwich shop - Elliot Bay. I love the look on her face. I feel like she is saying, "Geez, are you really going to eat that entire sandwich?"  The answer, as always is YES!

On the way to Portland we went to the gorgeous University of Puget Sound! I finally got to see the campus and it is beautiful! I think it will only be about $200k a year by the time Gracie gets there.
I love this pic! Mark in front of his old frat house...changing a diaper!  Again...how times have changed!
Here is Gracie with her Portland boyfriend - the adorable Henry Tydeman!  He is so sweet!!
Mark & his buddy Rian Tydeman strollin' to breakfast in Portland.  Thank you to the Tydeman's for a wonderful time in Portland!  You out did yourselves & we can't wait to see you back in OR soon!
